AASHISH JAYANT UPGANLAWAR
Our Principal Officer Mr. Aashish Upganlawar is a Chartered Accountant. He has an illustrious career of over 20 years in Equity Fund Management and Institutional Equity Research. He has been a part of Fund management teams in Mutual funds, Insurance companies, Equity Investment Advisory and Specialized Equity portfolio management outfits. He spent a good part of his career in Institutional Equity Research advising domestic and foreign institutional investors on their investments. His experience in Equity Research across market cycles has been instrumental in researching good businesses/ stocks listed on Indian stock exchanges and generating value for investors.
Abhay Agarwal
Abhay is the Founder and Fund Manager of Piper Serica Advisors, bringing over 30 years of investment experience. Piper Serica, a multi-asset manager, was founded in 2004 and is registered with SEBI. It serves as the PMS manager and advisor to the Piper Serica India Numero Uno Fund, a Foreign Portfolio Investor (FPI) based in Mauritius. Both entities focus on investing in stocks listed in India. In addition, Piper Serica manages the Piper Serica Angel Fund, a SEBI Category I Alternative Investment Fund (AIF), which invests in Indian tech startups. Its fintech portfolio includes prominent startups such as Alt Mobility, Kivi Fintech, Freed, Flashaid, OTPLess, Castler, Rupeeflo, and Swara Fincare. Before establishing Piper Serica, Abhay gained significant experience as a Director with the Private Equity group of JP Morgan in India, Hong Kong, and Singapore from 1997 to 2004. Prior to JP Morgan, he worked at Citibank India from 1993 to 1997, where he managed a direct investment program that resulted in several successful investments. Abhay holds an MBA from the Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai (1993). He is also certified as an AIF Fund Manager, PMS Manager, Investment Advisor, and Research Analyst by NISM/SEBI. Abhay's extensive experience and deep expertise in investments make him a distinguished figure in the industry, driving the success and strategic direction of Piper Serica Advisors.
Abhinandan Tulsian
Abhinandan has over 7 years’ experience in the Capital Markets in various roles from Research to Compliance to Technology at SPT Investment Advisory Services Private Limited and is now leading the team at Tulsian PMS. Previously he has worked at Microlution Inc. in Chicago, USA as a Research Engineer and has multiple publications and a patent in his name. Abhinandan also has a strong academic background which includes Bachelors (from VJTI, Mumbai) and Masters degree (Carnegie Mellon University, USA) in Mechanical Engineering. He also holds CFA, FRM, and CAIA degrees.

Abhishek Bansa
A Masters of commerce from Mumbai university. He was awarded a Honorary Doctorate in 2017 by KEISIE University. Early in his teenage years, he developed a passion for the derivatives market. He was always keen to know the intricacies, the calculative angles, the whole mathematics and the dynamism associated with it, especially the concept of leverage. Driven by his passion and relentless pursuit of his goals, Mr. Bansal embarked on making his mark on the business spectrum in India through the rapid expansion of Abans Group. He is barely into his 30s, but has an uncanny ability to understand the various sectors of the financial markets. This has led to Abans Group successfully dealing in Equity Derivatives, Currencies, and Commodities across both the domestic and international markets. Today, Abans Group offers global financial services and solutions to its clientele in India, UAE, China, Hong Kong, Singapore, United Kingdom and Mauritius.

During his tenure with Baroda BNP Paribas Mutual Fund he co-managed three portfolios of different styles, India Consumption fund, Business Cycle Fund and Large & Midcap Fund. Abul holds a Master’s Degree in Mathematics and a Post graduate Diploma in Securities Markets from Indian Institute of Capital Markets.
